What is the minimum ad budget you work with? +

We typically work with brands spending a minimum of ₹1.5–2L per month in ad spend (across all platforms). Below that, the testing cycles are too slow to optimise effectively. If you're below that range, we can advise on how to get there first.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend? +

Our fee structure is a flat monthly retainer, not a percentage of ad spend. This means we have no incentive to inflate your budget — our only incentive is to improve ROAS so you want to spend more. Full fee transparency before we start.

How long before we see results? +

With an existing account and data, we typically see measurable improvement within 2–4 weeks. For new accounts with no pixel data, Month 1 is the learning phase. Most clients see significant results by Month 2. We set clear KPI targets before we start so expectations are aligned.

Do you provide creative (ad images and videos)? +

We provide creative strategy, briefs, and direction — and we work with your existing creative team or UGC creators. We don't have an in-house video production studio, but we can connect you with vetted creators and guide the entire production brief.

Can you take over an existing account, or do you start fresh? +

Either — and we're happy with both. If you have an existing account with pixel history and data, that's a significant advantage and we'll audit and restructure it. If you're starting fresh, we build the ideal account architecture from day one.
